Review on 🔧 Milescraft 1325 PocketJig200 - Enhanced Pocket Hole Jig Kit for Precise and Efficient Joinery by Michael Montgomery

Very disappointed. Bought because of the great reviews. Mine arrived a few weeks ago and I haven't tried them yet. The packaging, fit and finish of the product looked good. However, when I tried, one of the drill guides was so tight that the included drill bit/drill did NOT fit the hole! The other was tight but ok. To finish my project I literally had to ream this hole open. metal and plastic! Terrible sits on that left side hole. So tight that even though I thought I'd drilled it enough, the end of the drill bit caught it right in the hole in the jig. Now the fence guide cannot move past this point. So in one project I ended up with a bad mounting hole and a damaged drill bit. Perhaps my experience is a rare quality control issue, but my device is basically ruined and I'm already past the return date. MILESCRAFT - If you see this, please fix it. I will change the rating if you reply and the replacement is ok.
