I like that you can use VPPs at no cost to get started with out any upfront charges or commitments! That is great for small businesses/start ups who do not have large budgets set aside up front but need some form infrastructure in place quickly before they go live!! Very easy setup process but if this solution is used long term it will be difficult (very expensive) upgrade your connectivity once contracts are over unless you pay substantial fees. We needed something quick so we didn't want an IP transit agreement which would take anywhere from 6 weeks - 2 months depending upon where our ISP was located etc., also if using cloud hosting there could potentially be issues downgrading service without paying huge termination penalties e.g 1 year renewal terms may apply!! With tele house vpp's it has been very effective getting us going immediately instead waiting several monthsto incur these other I like that we can use our own phone number for incoming calls from clients and customers. We have been able to get rid of the traditional landline phones at work. It is easy to access via computer or mobile devices. You do need to be familiar with using computers to set up your account in order to keep it organized. This service has helped us save money by not having to pay an outside company to receive all of our telephone calls.
