I bought this generic brand to replace office printer drums. What surprised me was that the drum light was still on after I dropped it. Maybe it's my own fault for not resetting it properly? But the drum replacement indicator still lit up every now and then. Most importantly, the printer makes almost loud squeaking noises when printing. Next time I'll probably try to buy from someone else. -----------------Review updated 5/31/2021 A representative of the company has been in touch and offered to replace the squeaky drum unit. Revolution. I am shocked that there is a company that tries so hard to fix bugs to ensure the quality of their products. For this reason I have raised this rating from 3 to 4 stars.
