My permanent bridge fell out after the tooth it was bonded to broke. I didn't want to walk around with a toothless grin like a 7 year old waiting for a replacement. So I ordered them and received them the next day. I watched the instruction video before purchasing and again before trying to use to make sure I did everything right. It took 3 or 4 attempts to put them back in hot water to reshape and adjust. Especially when I had a big gap in front of my mouth, but I finally got it to work. The instructions say to heat the water on the stove and then pour it into the bowl, but when I had to do it again I found it easier to just throw it back into the boiling water on the stove because the water in the bowl also quickly cooled to soften as needed. I just used pliers to pull them back out. I could go about my daily activities in it and nobody noticed the difference. I even wore them to the dentist office to show off and they were amazed at how natural they looked. The instructions say not to drink hot liquids in it, but I've had coffee every day and had no problems. I suspect they think the hot liquid will ruin the mold by heating it too much, but I would never put anything in my mouth hot enough to do that, so hot coffee, soup, and soft food have been no problem . I couldn't use them to bite into something chewy, but I didn't expect to be able to. I bought them for a cosmetic look and they have worked well for that and more!
