Product as advertised

The product itself is fine. The quality, size, etc. are the same as original GoPro type accessories. The dimensions of the ND filter are essentially the same as the original lens, which guarantees compatibility with other accessories such as silicone cases, etc. The locking mechanism works perfectly, just like the original. The optical quality of the lens is what you would expect from this type of product. I have no complaints about the advertised product. There is more to say. In real use, only ND4 and ND8 make sense. I can't think of a real world situation where ND16 and ND32 are (definitely) useful, and certainly not in manual mode or in any other operation (mounted or otherwise). The GoPro Hero 9 just doesn't have enough low light capability for that many stops. When trying to use the ND16 and ND32 filters even in the bright Florida sun, the electronic stabilization really falls apart. The camera also struggles with variable light conditions, as its auto adjustment range becomes very limited when using a filter with a higher neutral aperture; it really ruins the exposure. I suspected this would happen before I bought it and it was confirmed very quickly. I wish this set had a lower range including half stops. Possible ND1.5, ND2, ND3, ND4, ND6, ND8. Something like that. Most will probably agree that the CPL, ND2, ND4, ND8 are probably the best set of four for those who want to use the camera for its intended purpose. Anything beyond that is just not using action cameras. They may be able to make a second set continuing the ND16, ND32 etc for those trying to use the action cam for other purposes. These users seem to think that you are better off getting a step-up ring that allows you to use standard screw-in filters. As advertised, I give the product five stars. This is a great product. I really wish it was a lower range of ND grades as ND16 and ND32 are useless for action or portable purposes.
