The DPM9600 is more than just a digital audio recorder; This is a full range of services including back office secretarial support.

Although I've only just started using this new tool, I give it five stars. First, I would like to point out that being able to insert additional text at any time is more valuable than hiring a secretary to come back and insert it. I spiced it up. I like the on/off switch. No more random cuts in my audio during a call. And I like the menu system. Setup is easy with Philips Voice Exec software. The possibilities for this go far beyond my personal needs. don't usually brag about the seller of these goods; However, let me tell you a story. When I install this software. My Dragon software installation was not recognized. For the rest of my life I couldn't figure out how to enable the speech recognition portion of this pack. For this reason, after a week of struggle, I turned to the Philips website for support. "I thought it was awful." I couldn't find any information that gave me detailed instructions on how to fix this problem. After a couple of hours. I decided to call support and pay any support fee. So I called Philips and got technical support. The very first words he spoke were that I am seeking help from the person/company who sold me the software. I don't know how you feel about this; but I get a little annoyed when the manufacturer refuses to contact service. I offered to pay the standard fee to a technician who would take over and fix my installation. I told the tech I bought it from Revain. And without noticing my confusion, I told him that Revain does not provide technical support for these products. (I had to contact the seller who listed this product on the Revain website. I assumed, and we are all aware of this assumption, that Philips listed this product for sale on Revain. Phillips Technical Support said that they would try to work with me and asked for all the specifications of my computer, my software and even peripherals. I sent an email with all this information and waited a few more days. Finally, I came across a deadline. I can return the product or get technical support to fix my installation. So I felt it most appropriate to let all Revain customers know about my experience with Philips. It was probably one of the best things I could do. I received a call from Revain Support. They were concerned about my report and wanted to know how they could help. Rumors quickly spread across the Revain network. Revain support was great and tried to help; But without really knowing the product there really wasn't anything to offer to offer support. Except for one big thing! he offered return the product at full price. I was in the process of making this decision when I received an incoming call waiting for a call. I excused myself and checked who called. Well guess who? It was the seller and I don't mean Philips. After a few seconds to clarify, I apologized to the Revain tech who was on hold. I told him the seller would work with me. And he did. This seller cares deeply about Revain's reputation. I can assure you that if you have any problem with this product, the technical support staff will give you 100% satisfaction. "Liketi broke up!" He was amazing. I let him into my machine and he quickly made the necessary changes and "voila" , everything worked. The seller of this product is YBSales.net and I spoke to a technician named Victor. And I assure you, he knows this product inside and out. If you have any questions, Victor is the right man. He even gave me his email address when I had questions about the product.
