Great product but requires patience and skill for installation. The company should supply more mounting screws

I'm glad someone is doing this because now I have a clothesline in my small linen closet. Hooray! Haven't used it yet, so I might edit this review later, but just want to say that this setup requires some patience and skill. It's not that hard to figure out how to set it up. I didn't even need directions. I would recommend using a nail finder so you screw the hardware into real wood joists, not just drywall. It also helps to drill small pilot holes first. Essentially, you mount hardware to the wall at each end. They offer screws for that. The only problem I had was on the side of the panel, the screws were stripped and I was having a hard time getting them flush with the wall/panel. They supply glue so it helped attach it flush to the wall to keep it from moving. The tricky part is attaching the outer pieces to the appropriate mounting hardware on each end. On the side of the spool you will need to add 1 tiny (2-3mm long) mounting screw to hold the spool to its hardware. From the side of the plate you need to put 2 small screws, one on top and one on the bottom. See photos. The screws should go in fairly close to the wall and are very small making them easy to drop. In my case I threw them between the dryer and the wall and it was a hassle to fish them out. They give you a small screwdriver which is helpful. However, the main problem is that you have to screw some tiny screws into tiny holes right next to the wall. They will give you 4 small screws. You only need 3. They really should give you 8 considering how difficult it is to place the screws and a lot of people install this when they might fall next to their washer/dryer. Good luck with it.
