Bought several of these programs for my business. You'll need to deactivate the license on the old computer before installing it on the new computer, which is understandable. However, if that old computer were to crash, there doesn't seem to be a way to speak to anyone at Philips to reset it. this in turn because the process is constant. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with Philips before speaking to someone who had no idea Philips sold this product. She stopped me and said she found the right department and even gave me a phone number to call her direct if we went offline. We switched off. Called the number provided and this number is no longer busy. Now we are in a dilemma as we have to replace all the dictation pads when we switch to another transcription software. Great product when it works but terrible customer service. Go with a different brand.
