I've been looking for a similar keyboard layout with no click option (red switch) for a long time. I bought this as a cheap mechanical keyboard with this layout/switches to see if I should invest in a similar but better keyboard. So far it has served its purpose perfectly and I don't think I'll have to upgrade to 3x more expensive versions anytime soon. The kit includes a keyboard, a mouse and a mouse pad. The mouse is the worst. The mouse is "so-so" and could have been better, I tried using it but it just wasn't as smooth/accurate as my old Logitech mouse. Sometimes I feel like it jumps or shakes, I've tried every DPI setting but it persists. The RGB colors are pretty cool and look good. The mouse pad is big and beautiful; nothing special. The keyboard is great and prints well. The layout takes getting used to. The trigger point is just before hitting the ground, so it feels very sensitive; unlike foil/blue switches. The FN+Backspace combo isn't very intuitive and takes a while to get used to. Especially if you use home/end/pgup/pgdn a lot. I wish they had added an extra button above the left arrow key for toggling the toggle instead of the combo keys. Speaking of which, the only indication that you're using the numeric keypad is the "Num Lock" backspace highlight. Home/End/Pgup/PgDn is NOT lit, but "123456789" stays on. The same goes for media shortcuts/scrlk/pause/prtsc. The caps do not let any light through. Also the light is rather dim, not very bright even at max brightness. Oh I hate the LEDs on this one too. It highlights 5 vertical segments in Red/Yellow/Green/Blue/Purple. The RGB does not change. I want it to be RGB or single color (white). That was my biggest problem with this keyboard, it looks really cheap. It screams "I'm a cheap keyboard for gamers." Other similar layout/price keyboards have true RGB backlighting, but only in blue switches. The keycaps are also rather ugly, they don't have a full cutout. @, %, &, D, B, A, O etc. are not "private". This is common on cheaper keycaps. The lack of */-+ keys makes using the calculator difficult. I'll definitely buy a layout that's a bit bigger but includes these buttons next time. I don't know if these switches were pre-lubed, but they scratch a little. The keyboard still sounds louder than expected, so I bought some O-rings to see if that would help. The keyboard materials feel solid, with a slight flex in the middle, but not by much. It has a metal plate that helps with structure. The same keys have the same input. For example, the right input Ctrl is registered as right and left Ctrl, the right arrow key is the same as the 6 key (no num lock). I want it to be different so Home/End/Pgup/PgDn can be mapped like on a TKL keyboard so that doesn't work. Oh, no mouse/keyboard software. I tried to find it but found nothing. In general, the disadvantages could be overlooked because of the price. For what you get this is a great combo and you can't beat it. I would recommend this keyboard but if you are bothered by the issues I mentioned then I think it's worth going with more expensive keyboards like keychron k4/vortex tab90/iqunix f96/leopold. Oh, and you'll need a palm rest with this keyboard, preferably a wider one so you can keep your wrist off the keyboard.
