They are so cute and my 2 year old daughter loves her red shoes. However, I only had to give them 3 stars if I really wanted to give them 5. My husband and I shake our heads at two things. First, they're really hard to put on - you have to stretch them really far for your kid's feet to slip, and then you'll have a hard time pulling up the back of the shoe because there's no pull tab. What should take a few seconds on each leg can take a minute depending on how curvaceous your little one gets. Second, these shoes are like brake pads for kids going down a playground slide because there are so many pieces of rubber on the back of the shoe. Half way down the big high hill our daughter just stopped and almost fell over - luckily my husband was right there and caught her in midair! super dangerous. We won't let them wear them to the playground anymore. It'll just be zoo running shoes or something. I wish cute baby shoes didn't always have something weird and quirky about them.
