UPDATE 2 (down to 1 star) I gave 2 stars because it works but doesn't have full functionality and the seller didn't contact me. with the support. However, since then I have received numerous emails direct to my personal email from a seller offering me money to withdraw my review. They started at $5 and increased with each additional letter until they reached $50. At this point I answered. The seller noted in their email that they had shared my concerns with their manufacturer and made improvements. After seeing that they said they fixed the issues I had found, I offered to review the product if they would send me a working replacement. They refused, abruptly refused, stating that there was still no improvement. Then I told them my recall would stand. The next day I received an email from another rep who started trading at $5 again. My biggest complaint at the moment isn't so much about the product as it is about the seller. What they are doing is definitely against Revain's policies and Revain should probably remove this seller's business as it definitely borders on harassment. Also, Revain, how did this seller get my personal email address? You may also need to fix something. UPDATE attempted to replace this item. It still doesn't work properly. I have not received a reply from the seller either. It's not a bad faucet, it just doesn't live up to the advertising and the customer service is lacking. Original rating. This faucet looks beautiful and I got a decent price. on it, but I have two big problems. First, it doesn't work properly. I can't change the settings no matter what I try and the seller still hasn't responded to my request. Second, grabbing the hose can cause it to shut down, which is a little annoying. Picky yes, but the design could be better. In general. I think I will come back.
