Delivered with no visible damage. I quickly assembled it with no difficulty. The swivel seat is great and the shower seat fits well in the tub and offers more space than the previous seat. The stool was designed for my 92 year old mother and she is happy with it as it gives her more room to get in and out of the tub and the rotating seat makes it easy for her to turn around! The seat is well made and sturdy, so we think it's very secure.

The seat on this stool is incredibly slippery! It is impossible to sit on without slowly sliding down, which is absolutely impossible for a surgical patient. The molded seat definitely does not provide the "safety and stability" described. Please note that the weight limit will not be exceeded. The rest of the setup was quick and easy. So disappointed that the stool isn't really stable and secure enough to sit on.

I bought this for my mother in law after knee reconstruction surgery. This allows her to sit in the shower and wash her hair and shower easily. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if the seat was a bit larger for someone of larger proportions. Also a reminder, make sure you wet the seat before sitting on it in the shower as you will be stuck on a dry seat while showering. I recommend this chair to anyone who needs a small shower seat.

It was a back saver that didn't have to bend down to pick it up after every shower or bath. It's incredibly durable and the leg handles stay in place so the chair stays in place during transitions. Strength is rather weak. My wife is afraid that he will collapse on me. I'm 6ft 1in 189lbs so I'm within the recommended weight limit. The turning process is very complex. It may not exist. I was expecting the entire seat to rotate. But just a blue insert on top "spins". However, since you have multiple skin contacts around the blue pad, it's very difficult to get it to rotate.
