Review on Enhanced Night Owl Security Camera Power Adapter: 4-Way Power Splitter Included by Michael Schafer

I will never buy night owl products again, but at least it's a band-aid until it all stops altogether. I had to send the DVR back because of the horrible noises it was making. Returned and restarted. I ended up removing the lid, removing the fan (which was responsible for the noise) and popping the lid off to keep it from getting hot. Then one of the 4 cameras was no longer displayed, but which changed daily. I figured there must be something in the wiring part so I replaced the 4 way splitter part and it didn't work so I changed the power supply part and that turned out to be the case. So our night owl system will live another day, but I'm just waiting for the day it dies completely so I can replace the entire system with something more reliable. He's helped us with numerous shoplifters, but he's not reliable enough to be trusted over the long term.
