Excellent offer and quality

I wasn't sure why my cameras wouldn't work at night after more than 1 year of purchase (sometimes they did). The charger was my first clue, and a good one. This will make them able to work again. very good for the price, thanks

My Night Owl DVR has been fixed!

I had problems with my 2 year old Night Owl system. The cameras started blinking. I read reviews and many suggested that replacing the power cord might be an easy fix rather than replacing the entire DVR. It worked!

Didn't even last a year.

I liked that it worked after the original stopped working 24/7 for two years. This was purchased in August 2018 and made it almost a year before it started to fail. It works intermittently, beeping for several hours and then turning off the cameras for several hours.

Non-genuine accessories

This is a non-genuine product. Came in unmarked packaging. It didn't have the packaging, branding, or branding of the original product I was trying to replace. Do not buy! AND IT DID NOT WORK! Returned it for a refund within 15 minutes of installation. The cable splitter didn't even connect properly.

Showing signs of imminent failure in 5 months

My original adapter lasted about 3 years, this replacement will not last 6 months, it is already showing signs of imminent failure. This is very bad. I am aware that I received the UpBright model and not the original Night Owl Security Camera Power Adapter that I thought I received.

Good product for security camera cable

My Lorex stopped showing footage so I called support. After about 20 minutes of troubleshooting the system, the rep offered me a new power adapter, so I entered the model number of the adapter that came with it and it showed that brand, so I bought it. After 3 days it was delivered and it fit my cameras and it worked too.

This one works when the original doesn't

I had to buy this when the original that came with the camera didn't have enough power. Night Owl was supposed to send a replacement but didn't seem to want to because she didn't know if I just needed a cutter, a power supply, or both. I got tired of waiting and threw down $15 for a replacement (the price would be less including shipping). The device has had no power issues since I've been using it.

UPDATE: Good customer service. Refunded, will order again. For that I gave 3 stars. I needed these splitters to connect my cameras. I lost the original. They worked fine at first, unreliable connection but once established everything was fine. Lately I've noticed distortion in cameras. As soon as I started fiddling with the power cords and trying to get a solid connection, all the cameras started shutting down. It works to power 1 to 4 security cameras

I purchased this Night Owl security camera power supply to power the 5th security camera for a system I bought here at Revain. The charger comes in a labeled pouch and is easy to plug in and go. I had no problems with it and my camera was powered without any problems. Has been running for three weeks now with no problems. Attention Night Owl

I will never buy night owl products again, but at least it's a band-aid until it all stops altogether. I had to send the DVR back because of the horrible noises it was making. Returned and restarted. I ended up removing the lid, removing the fan (which was responsible for the noise) and popping the lid off to keep it from getting hot. Then one of the 4 cameras was no longer displayed, but which changed daily. I figured there must be something in the wiring part so I replaced the 4 way splitter…
