UPDATE: Good customer service. Refunded, will order again. For that I gave 3 stars. I needed these splitters to connect my cameras. I lost the original. They worked fine at first, unreliable connection but once established everything was fine. Lately I've noticed distortion in cameras. As soon as I started fiddling with the power cords and trying to get a solid connection, all the cameras started shutting down. Now that at least everyone is showing an image, the quality on most cameras is very grainy and terrible. I'll see if I can exchange or return but it's probably too late. 2 weeks later the problems started.
