As washing powder, that's normal. Washes clothes but not stubborn stains. The bottle is oversized. The pump arrived disassembled and after reassembly the inner tube was too long and had to be cut. I'm surprised they aren't this size. Once trimmed, the pump makes the bottle even taller. It doesn't fit in the standard case found in almost every track house in America. Ridiculous. Worse, the pump is constantly leaking. It leaked when I moved the bottle, it leaked when it was on top of the car. I threw the pump in the trash and poured it into an empty bottle. Now I manually fill it into the washing machine from an old detergent bottle with a drip spout. I don't recommend it as a cleaning product and the bottle is absolute garbage.
