It may be thicker but will work
I use them to attach various parts of the suit. Nothing too heavy but up to 15lbs have been used at the moment. I haven't tried anything else. It could have been thicker to feel stronger and it could hold up longer, but that would only make sewing more difficult. If you need this to carry and store a lot then this isn't what you want unless you plan on doubling it which would make this a doable amount for the price. If you use straps for different projects, at least one of them should be on hand.
