I'm a size 11 and have been buying Nike shoes one size up for over 30 years. My size 12 shoes fit very well in this model. But on this particular model, I might go up a half size (but half sizes are limited to 12). So, I'm happy, but I have to wear thin socks. Note: I remove the insert from the Nike sole and include it for those who need arch support. But my insole is pretty thin and I would still go for 12.5 if Nike made it. My width is 11EE:E, so I like the wider width of this model. Very comfortable fit with every step in this shoe when running 4+ miles 4+ mph with my wife. Soft landings. A little space in the toe area, not down on the sole, reaching to the tip of the toe makes the step forward inspiring. A slight downside is a bit more weight, but these are far from the anchors of the Nike Monarchs. The benefit of the weight is that I've found that Nike shoes get heavier over the years but actually last longer. I mean 7-10 years. Fantastic shoe for general training.
