Despite all the negative reviews, I chose this product. I'm the lucky one (if you want to call him that) who's happy with most of the products/items with "poor review" so I've decided to order anyway. Sometimes it's exaggerated, sometimes the assessment is actually correct. Here's what happened to me in particular. The moment they arrived I opened the package and saw BEAUTIFUL BRIGHT BRIGHT colours, I thought oh my god I've struck gold again. Then I took them out of the little clear bag they were in and started adjusting (opening) them because they all seemed WAAAAAAA TOO SMALL. I speak for toddler wrists (no kidding). I was like, okay, I just have to open it. No, SOME, not all, could not open wider than the size they originally were. I tried white. Firstly, I couldn't open it at all, I was afraid of breaking it. The material was very thin and fragile. I chose the next color - black. Same problem. I tried Lila and it OPENED! I was excited! Oooh! Then I stuck my hand in and tried to squeeze it so it wouldn't slip out of my hand, and you know what. it REMAINS this size. I couldn't reduce it. I was frustrated at this point, so for the next color I didn't care what I took. I've tried neon green, teal, and deep pink, and they all opened easily and closed with problems. I thought, well, I think those colors should be fine because the rest was junk. After 3 days one started to resolve by itself. I firmly believe it was because I was constantly washing my hands and the rope got wet, yes then I will towel dry it, but I feel like it made the situation worse. The whole fun lasted 7 days. I firmly believe that every batch of any product or item has its good and bad batches. I've had good luck with a lot of products with bad reviews. I hope whoever reads this and decides to buy despite the negative reviews gets a good deal as they are really lovely. GOOD LUCK 🍀
