I have used Simple Kind to Eyes eye make up remover which I previously bought in Australia and have never had a problem gently removing eye make up. However, this purchase was definitely a different experience. Not sure if they changed the formula but it feels like there is some kind of alcohol in the ingredients as the remover stings if it gets in the eyes. I stopped using it after my eyes got irritated after a few uses and I had to try another brand. I will not be buying this from Amazon again, I will be shipping from Australia to see if it's different before discarding this brand - sometimes different countries use different ingredients on the same item.
