So far I am very happy with my Talking Products photo album. It's very well made - not flimsy or cheap, and the sound quality is amazingly clear. I bought mine to give to a young boy going through emotionally difficult times and a woman with dementia who lives with the elderly. I filled them with images of nature, scriptures and Christian music. I had a little trouble uploading my music files, but the company's customer support is very kind, helpful, and generous. I would definitely work with them again.
