So happy I found this product

After hearing the hype surrounding the ketogenic diet I decided to give this product a try and take just 2 capsules a day plus water. I was on a low carb diet and now approaching my weight goal. I decided to reintroduce carbohydrates into my diet by taking supplements. It's definitely been a big improvement for me, my weight is coming off and I feel more energetic. . Next time I will definitely order a 6 month supply and share it with my spouse and friends.
