This case comes in a box that can be resold at a retail store like the five and under national retail chain. Only the case is in the box since this will utilize your existing lightning cable from your Iphone XS. The best part about this case that I do not see on my previous battery cases for my iphone 7plus was the flexible top. This drastically reduces the amount of strain and pressure that your apply on your phone when inserting my XS into the case. Clear and easy to ready instruction cards graphically depict the steps to insert the phone without damaging the lightning port. My only improvement or ask would have been to add the qi wireless patch inside the battery so I could continue to charge this wirelessly. You still need to use a lightning cable but no big deal since this is easier than carrying an external powerbank and small dongle cable for extra power.
