On the first day I thought I'd send the product back because the printing seemed strong. I have arthritis in both joints of my thumb; Dequervains on the left wrist; Left index finger remains stiff and numb a year after surgery to remove cyst: All this plus 76 years of use has turned my hands into a mess. But I had physical therapy that took weeks to see results so I decided to leave it for 10 days. After about a week of using the Soft Gym Massager twice a day on each arm, I notice that I have more movement and less pain and numbness. After a few days, the pressure became less intense and less painful. Now I have no complaints when using it. I hope to see even more gradual improvement over time. Just one concern. I thought the battery would last 3 hours on a single charge but I only get 45 minutes which is plenty for everyday use and I charge overnight. I love that it's pink.
