I first saw this item on Izzy Swan's woodworking YouTube channel. I finally made my decision and bought it and am very satisfied. Ok, works exactly as advertised. Follow the instructions and it's easy. The photo shows about 2 minutes total effort on some cheap steel punches. You can compare the original finish just above the polish line. Notice the reflection of the paper at the bevel. I recommend adding the appropriate mix to each wheel when the disc is NOT on the grinder. This gives you more control and, while not that easy, doesn't result in a mess of melted jewelry rouge or wasted diamond sand in your spark shields. Not very good. Installation isn't very difficult, but not as easy as changing the wheels on my bench grinder. After removing both washers to ensure I got a 5/8" mandrel mounting hole, one of the washers was still exceptionally tight. Definitely a few thousand less. comfortable and I can put it on and take it off without worrying that I'll "fail" the hole and screw it up.
