**EDIT. I am updating my rating to 3 stars and saying that the customer service department contacted me and was very accommodating. They were very responsive and willing to solve the problem and I appreciate them for that and I would feel comfortable buying from this company in the future. We bought this rug because it was one of the best rugs that also claimed to absorb moisture. We had to put something by our back door in case our dog tracks were in the mud or mud. We've had this running for less than 1 month and it's no longer usable! We have found that this rug cannot be vacuumed as the material wears out insanely! Then I tried washing it according to the INSTRUCTIONS on gentle cycle without spinning and it turned out to be even dirtier than before. This rug is absolutely impractical. What good is a carpet that picks up dirt if it can't be vacuumed or washed?! I feel like I totally wasted my money. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER.
