Looks better than my 1 bare bulb and still gives excellent light. Better than I expected! I installed at the top of my basement stairs. I didn't want to stand on the stairs (fear of falling, tiny 4x4 foot landing) while installing the new wired mount; or a falling crystal ball. This product is as quick and easy to install as a lightbulb! No electrical or mechanical knowledge required. To make it easier, I installed the lightbulbs in the ceiling socket before installing them. Also, I used 50 watt spotlight style bulbs which added style. Much better than my previous 1 cheap ugly lightbulb.
