Dislikes:1)The sides of the case are not rigid, especially right at the buttons. This causes the buttons on the side of the phone to be depressed with the slightest bump or nudge. Phone is constantly taking screenshots as a result, not to mention dropping calls.2) the indicator LEDs never turn off when charging, so if you charge your phone/case on your nightstand at night like I do, the LEDs light up your room.3) case is not compatible with wireless charging.Likes:1) good extended battery life2) unlike some others I've used, the charge start/stop button actually works consistently3) works with iPhone Lightning charger cord, as well as pass-through capabilityUPDATE: I still don’t like this product, BUT, I will give the seller credit. They have contacted me several times trying to make it right. They’ve offered to replace the case, and even refund my money. I don’t want a replacement or a refund, and I still can’t endorse the product, but I do endorse the seller.
