The seller did not offer a replacement.

the speaker didn't work at all. It hasn't connected as a Bluetooth device to any of the devices I've tried it on. You couldn't turn it off and the connected device didn't stay on long enough to establish a Bluetooth connection. Also, the reseller didn't have any spare speakers. I'm sending it back. Very disappointed.
