I got this for my brother. There was no instructions guide so he had to guess on how to assemble it- if it was me assembling it I would probably be lost. Took him less than an hr to put it togetherI ordered another chair from amazon for him that he didn’t like but if I had to compare quality - this is definitely cheaper quality. Leather felt very cheap and he has only been using for a little over 2 weeks and has complained of the squeaky noise.It’s okay for the use but I wouldn’t buy it again.Massage pad comes off so that’s a plus.
