The chair is great my son loves it, but the 5 star rating is for customer service! Somehow the cord for the massage pillow was cut. It didn’t come that way but in any event it happened. I looked all over internet to find new cord with no luck! So as a last ditch effort I got ahold of manufacturer to see where I could buy one. They just went ahead and sent it to me no $ just sent it to me for free! It showed up within a week of the request! They were absolutely amazing!

This is the first review I’ve done and I looked at other reviews and was like nah I’m not trusting them I like This chair. Two weeks in my arm on my chair completely snapped off and broke the wood underneath it. It doesn’t come with instructions which wasn’t a problem for me but for others it might be. I got this for my brother. There was no instructions guide so he had to guess on how to assemble it- if it was me assembling it I would probably be lost. Took him less than an hr to put it togetherI ordered another chair from amazon for him that he didn’t like but if I had to compare quality - this is definitely cheaper quality. Very good quality and easy to assemble! Shipping is incredible, I wasn’t expecting to received it within 5 days. The estimate arrival time when I ordered was 2 weeks. I was surprised when I saw the package at my front door.

It was hard to figure out how to assemble but once I did assemble it it wasn’t as comfy as I thought it would be. Overall worth it for the price.

Looks just like the picture, got it as a gift for my man and he loves it the foot rest is the best part. Sadly the cord is too short for probably most computer setups so idk why they made the cord as short as it is. You’ll have to buy a usb extender for it to reach . Also wish it came in more colors like red . Very comfortable chair overall tho.

We ordered this for my son for gaming. Very comfortable and he loves it.What most impressive is their customer service. The wood in the chair back broke a bit after the warranty period. I contacted the company and they sent a new one to me at no charge. It’s rare these days that companies stand behind their products. I will surely be using this company again in the future for this reason!

Positive they were comfortable while they lasted.Negative not durable. We bought 3 of these. On 2 of them the wheels broke on them and 1 the support gave way. Barley lean back and gave way. 1 is still in tack because it doesn't get used much.We have them on office mats to help them move around but over all. IMO needs a stronger base, different from what it is now. Different stronger wheels and base.**Note: 1 was replaced only to have the 2nd one to fall apart. Company does honor its warranty.

Satisfied with the product. The only drawback is no clear instructions for the product to assemble. Just by seeing the images we need to assemble.

The instructions where not that clear but this char is super comfy a downside is the vibrator aka the massage has to be plugged into the wall

Overall the chair is sturdy and comfortable. I’ve had it for a few months now and it have held up nicely. Only downside is the arm rests are hard plastic and sit a little too wide (Would probably be easy to replace). I would also highly recommend the attachable foot/ leg rest, it is worth the extra amount. My chair also did not come with instructions but if you have the slightest amount of problems solving skills then you can assemble it without it.

The vendor was very nice ! Replaced the whole chair after i advised of problems! It’s very comfortable and the reclining is sturdy and comfy !

This is an overall nice chair, especially for the price. I do think that the arms seem to be a bit cheap. Also, the chair cushion could be a bit thicker, this would make it more comfortable. The massage cushion is very nice. My husband does graphic design so does spend a lot of time in the chair working and this comes in handy. For the price of the chair, the construction seems very nice. Overall, please thus far.

I've had for a month and the frame leans permanently to the right due to a bend in the product and my son isn't a big kid and for it to bend it has to be a manufacturer problem. However when customer service was contacted they instantly took responsibility for there product and said they would right the wrong.

It's a decent chair for the price, but it's not something you'd want to sit in for a while, great chair for casual gamers. Kinda thin, and the arm wrests are flimsy feeling. 3 stars for okay quality.Material appears to get dirty very quickly, due to clothing dye transfer.
