I bought the unit to charge my Bolt EV. For nearly 2 years it worked perfectly, then I started getting an error. Response from Mustart was quick. A new unit was delivered and is now working again. I intentionally did not get a fancy charger with too many bells and whistles as experience has shown that those are just more things to go wrong. The functions of this charger are simpler, but completely appropriate for the task. The amperage level was chosen to match the wiring of the circuit I was connecting to. It is lower than other units, but it avoided thousands of dollars of new wiring by choosing something that would not stress what I have. I am happy with the charger, and satisfied with the support I got when there was a problem.
