I love these bags and use paint, stencils, rhinestones and straps to transform them into small shoulder bags. They are perfect for essentials like your phone, wallet, powder compact, lipstick, keys and mask. The fabric is thicker than I expected and the stitching is nice and strong. The biggest surprise is the flash, which is more reliable than you can imagine. On their own, they are perfectly functional little oversized bags. If you want to decorate them, the fabric is strong enough to successfully carry a variety of media. I used acrylic pens and stencils with minimal color bleed (this factor depended on the brand of pen) which was a pleasant surprise given how jagged the canvas is. I highlighted aspects of my stencils with rhinestones, both hot set stones and a traditional stone attached with a glue gun. This fabric is also suitable for embroidery such as cross stitch or croissant. At just under a dollar a bag, this is a great value just for its functionality and durability. If you want to be creative with them, they're even better. I will order more of these!
