Review on Fit System 88268 Replacement Backing by Chad Gravely

This part was identical to my original; no heating coil or anything, just the main mirror. I saw a 3 minute video on You Tube of a guy taking off a mirror with a butter knife and then installing a new $15 piece. My experience was the same as his. My Honda dealer and local trusted auto shop cost $200 to replace the passenger side mirror. I ordered this part from Revain for $15, watched this video and followed the instructions that came with the mirror. From the moment I started removing the cracked mirror to the moment I successfully installed the new one, it took 4 minutes. Trust me, I'm not a mechanical genius. I really surprised myself and saved $185 and several hours in the process. You can do that!
