Fit System 88268 Replacement Backing Review

This is not the same mirror as the original. Although the fit is very snug and the clarity is excellent, this mirror shows a real image, while the original once shows a wide-angle image to include more objects, allowing you to see your surroundings better (about 20% more). If you agree with that caveat, that's a lot, as it's a third of the price of the original.

After watching a YouTube video and learning how to replace a mirror, this replacement worked like clockwork. Took me a few minutes to take the old one off and put the new one on - no problem. I will say the quality of the mirror is good - not as durable as the original manufacturer part but a very affordable replacement that works well. So good that when Revane asked for my review I forgot it was broken and was replaced! I definitely recommend it.

Perfect fit for my 2016 CR-V. Super easy to install! literally took 2 minutes. It doesn't come with a thaw option, but unless you buy a genuine part that costs hundreds, I honestly don't see anywhere that you get that feature.
