This is my first time using this product. I don't usually use makeup and have sensitive skin. My daughter advised me to try micellar water to cleanse and tone my face. After comparing brands I settled on this one because of the botanical blends. To be honest I was shocked at the remaining "dirt" removed from my pores even after washing my face! On the third day my skin was firmer, bags under my eyes were significantly reduced and my skin looks and feels healthy again - without make-up. I use it twice a day. I will buy this brand again. Update: I've been using this for a while and just bought a second bottle. I am still very happy with how it has changed my skin!
