Was way easier to apply than I anticipated. Recommend using foam roller and doing a thin second layer if your tile is porous. Just make sure to let it throughly cure the recommended time without walking on it. My dog ran acrossed it before and sealer was on and I had to touch up a small area and wait another 24 hours (no biggie). Once it's sealed and cured he and the cat play on it daily with no claw/nail marks at all. As for the color it's a gorgeous shade between a true navy and deeper midnight blue. Covered the dingy tan tile and gave the entire fireplace a new look. Would say it took me about 35 - 40 minutes per application after it was cleaned and taped off.
