I ordered this mirror based on reviews and because I really liked the mirror. I received the mirror on Monday 17th August 2020 and opened it for inspection. Once I got everything together I put in the necessary batteries and turned it on to get it working, right. I was going to use it for the next few days so I turned it on and it wouldn't turn on. The batteries I put in were new so I replaced them with the same batteries and it still didn't work. I plugged in the USB connection cable, turned it on and it turned on. I came back to read reviews of this mirror and some other people who bought the mirror had the same problem as me. I'm so disgusted that I can't use batteries in my mirror because I'd rather use them than have to mess with a USB cable. I would return it for a refund but that would be too much hassle. Waste of money for this mirror. I would not recommend this mirror to anyone.
