Review on DMC 1767-18 Tapestry Hand Needles, 6-pack, Size 18: Premium Craft Needles for Superior Stitching by Karla Richter

First, the needles are not DMC brand as shown in the picture. Needles are also 5, not 6 like in the photo. The quality of these needles is very poor. The metal around the eyes is so soft and thin that it will bend and break with light pressure. None lasted more than a few hundred stitches. It's not just a function of size; the metal used should not have been so soft. They are only suitable for working with very light pressure. They are useless for small cross stitches. I see some reviews that disagree with me. Maybe they were better before and another seller took them over. But I stand by my conclusion: don't buy it.
