The ease of use, all-inclusive package that makes it easy to set up your own system for you or if needed we can assist in setting one up as well! We have been able to streamline our business operations by having more time available at each turn due to less interruptions from emailing back & forth between appointments/clients. It's not perfect but has made us realize how much easier it would be without something like this out there!! If I could give any suggestions they are mostly minor things such as being better about keeping track when an appt was cancelled vs never booked (we've had issues where clients don't actually get reminders). Having everything together so quickly allows me to take care of my clientele quicker than before while also allowing them to feel confident knowing their information isn't lost somewhere along the way. Clients love seeing immediate results after completing tasks which helps keep productivity high - no waiting weeks only.
