After buying a gaming chair for my office away from home, I wanted one for my home because I liked the lumbar support and the fact that the chair stayed at the highest height (I'm average height, but I like when my chair is higher because my table is higher). When I received this "gaming chair" there were no instructions with it. I checked the website and found some rough instructions that were easy to follow and assembled the chair in about 30 minutes (it would have been shorter but I had a few quick distractions). The chair worked for the first few weeks, but oddly tilted to one side. I checked the instructions again, made sure it wasn't user error and found the chair assembled correctly. Okay, $60-$70 chair, it's going to have cheap quirks. However, after the first two weeks, the following occurred: The chair's raise/lower lever was adjusted correctly, but the chair lowered itself. It's a bit confusing, especially when you're the main tank in a late-game heist and the chair suddenly pops up the lowest level falls. I double checked the direction, watched the video and was absolutely convinced it wasn't my fault. Again, everything was done correctly here. I've had the chair for almost two months now and I'm ready to throw it away! The lumbar support wasn't up to scratch either. As soon as I have enough money (and I can "gift" this chair to someone who really needs a chair at the lowest level), I will be going back to Staples for a real one Buy gaming chair. As much as I had hoped it would be a good chair, my hopes were dashed when I stood up and then suddenly collapsed to the floor. You literally get what you pay for, and if you want a good gaming chair - or a good office chair - save your money and buy a quality chair. To be honest I would like to send it back. :(
