I didn't know Ulefone and its products until about a year ago. I bought one of their rugged phones and was so impressed I bought this phone for my grandson as his first phone. I was scared thinking about a teenager who broke or lost a $500-$1,000 phone provided by a carrier, so it was an obvious choice. Performance to rival my wife's Samsung S10 at a fraction of the cost! The Note 9P has more battery capacity than the S10 (4500mAh vs. 3400mAh), a better camera (16MP vs. 12MP main lens), a larger display (6.52-inch vs. 6.1-inch). ) and did I mention it's about 1/6 the price? Also, nothing beats a clean version of Android 10 with no BLOATWARE CARRIER! All those useless apps that you can't uninstall on phones you bought from your carrier don't exist in Ulefone products! It makes/receives calls as it should (I use AT&T), surf the web, text, video chat. and my grandson plays with it for hours. I will NEVER EVER buy or "upgrade" another phone through my carrier, what a rip off. Delivering what it says on the tin, this phone comes with a screen protector AND a clear vinyl case to prevent scratches/normal wear and tear. I can't stress enough, don't be afraid to buy an unlocked phone, just give it a try. Take your SIM card out of your current phone, put it in this one and you're done. I had a few questions about the very first unlocked phone I bought but they worked me through and now I'm a "pro" ;) So, in about a year when my wife is FINALLY done with it, Samsung 900 Dollars to pay when It's time to give her a new phone, she's switching to Ulefone too!
