I contacted Asus technical support: by phone several times, I left requests on the support site. There is technical support - there is no sense. I reinstalled the firmware (4 times), changed the settings, reset the protocols to the "technical support" service: the Internet via WiFi worked cyclically - and it worked. Bottom line: 3 months of torment (I have a month, after that I sent it to the seller for transfer to the service center - to no avail: they didn’t even identify the problem, “everything works” in the service center). I highly do not recommend this model: very raw. Technical support Asus - just put "by the state" - even more useless than this "wireless" router.
