I ordered a size up and it was still too small. The lack of free shipping on returns is disappointing.

I ordered a size larger than I normally wear, but the size was too small. I wanted to love this skirt but it is back in its original bag and I will never wear it. I wanted to order one size larger, but the seller doesn't offer free shipping on returns. So I would end up paying more than double to buy a return envelope and pay for return shipping in addition to a brand new skirt. While it was a beautiful design and I really wish I could love this skirt, I can't. I was very disappointed with this order.
