Every Christmas I used electric sensors (sunrise to sunset) window candles. They worked well, but I was ready for a change because I was moving the furniture where I couldn't access the outlet under the window. I decided to try these battery candles and I loved them! They're light, have a multi-function remote, the cords don't sag, and the suction cups hold up great (they're good for my cats not to knock them over). Window). I was using the 8 hour timer function on the remote (it has 2, 4, 6 or 8) and I figured I would have to press that button with the remote every night, but I didn't, it automatically toggled my Light on the same every night and turn off after 8 hours! LOVE! The only minor complaint I have is that one or two of the candles had a slightly curved candle tip which I couldn't get perfectly, but I'm a perfectionist in that regard. I just put these two on the rear window, I can't see much and probably no one else will even notice.
