I bought my first pair of these last year and I really liked them! I was even more excited when a customer service rep reached out to me and told me to pick out another pair I could get for free!When I sat on my glasses recently they got disjointed and felt weird on my face so I decided to get a new pair. I specifically sought out this company in hopes to take advantage of this deal again. When I got the glasses I found the insert in the packaging and followed their instructions for my free pair. When I reached out to customer service they told me the promotion was available once per amazon account, not order. If I’d known that was the case I would’ve explored other brands and options, not bought TWO more pairs looking for this deal. When I explained to customer service that their advertisements did not explain that correctly, they just gave me the sorry not sorry, and offered a discount if I purchased ANOTHER pair.All in all, I do really like my glasses, all of them, including the super cute blue light blockers I got for free, they save my eyes at work and school! I just value integrity in all facets of life, I think how you do business is as important as the business you do, and if this promotion had been accurately explained, I wouldn’t have limited my options to this company when shopping for my next glasses. I do not appreciate being misled.Update: the company did finally end up honoring the promotion they inaccurately advertised. They also told me that this was not in exchange for a good review, but then still asked me to remove this one lol they’re still good glasses though, I like them a lot.
