I wanted to replace a 2-bulb fluorescent light fixture that had given my troubles and less than satisfactory service for too many years in my basement work area. I have a very low ceiling and the space is crowded with duct work, pipes, rafters, etc. The fluorescent fixture dangled from two flimsy chains and the lights themselves were sensitive and unreliable. I noticed the LED lights while searching on the internet and realized that I didn't want or need one with brightness for a very large garage space. Instead I wanted simply to illuminate a relatively small workspace in a basement with a low ceiling. Voila! The Tanbaby light is perfectly sized for my space, was simple to install in the existing ceiling electrical fixture and provides ample illumination. If it lasts as long as advertised it will be a wise purchase.
