I have a Husky "FRONT AND REAR MUDFLAP SET, PART NO. 58146 for models without factory fender flares installed on a 2019 Bighorn with the Original Equipment "Fender Liners". Coming from a 4 GMC Sierra I'm used to having fender liners as standard and I think aftermarket parts reflect that. I couldn't find any Husky installation instructions with full fender liners, only fender flares. I encountered an issue with protruding plastic interfering with the solid liner. Looking at the affected area I can say that if you had two piece thick plastic parts this wouldn't be a problem. 2" due to the angle of attack. Unfortunately I didn't take this photo. I fixed it by marking and cutting the Husky fender. Since I have a lease I didn't want to cut the fender. You can see in the picture of the Inner wheel can be clearly seen where the piece I removed allows the fender to line up with the fender liner, once this was done the fender was perfectly aligned with the liner, the spot where the 3m tape goes , but fits at the top with what I'll call the "cut out recess". I had to tape 3M strips to the outside of the fender. The fronts are great overall except the flex doesn't hit the lining where the tape I used a spring clip to apply pressure for 30 minutes and within 10 seconds it popped out as the force was too much for the 3m tape.
