I like that it allows me to do all my quoting/proposal work in one place, instead of having multiple tools for each task! It's also easy enough so anyone can use without needing training or assistance with set up - which has been great as we are growing our team quickly!! The ability to add custom fields would be awesome but this isn't an issue at present. We've found some minor glitches when working across departments within the same account; however they're very quick fixes once identified by support staff who respond really fast too. Being able to manage quotations easily between accounts means greater efficiency over time.
