
They work pretty much the same as all other smart switches except they are more compact. Ideal for applications such as closet lighting or ambient lighting, remote control of fans or switching other wired and inaccessible items. To remove the case you will need to cut the clips, which can be done with a small utility knife. The remote switch and LED can be added on the board with a little trick and a soldering iron. So overall, upgrading on/off devices for Wi-Fi home automation is a good deal.
